We are seeking an experienced Merchandiser to join our team.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop Strong Client-Supplier Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
• Coordinate Production: Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Track Order Progress: Monitor production schedules and track order progress.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities.
• Product Development and Sourcing: Assist in product development and sourcing new suppliers.
• Sales Reporting and Market Analysis: Create and maintain sales reports and analyze market data.
• Negotiations with Suppliers: Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions with suppliers.
• Inventory Management: Manage product samples and keep track of inventory.
• Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing and design teams to develop marketing strategies.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with quality standards and customer requirements.

Requirements:

• Merchandising Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in merchandising, preferably in the Textiles industry.
• Towel Manufacturing Knowledge: Strong knowledge of towel manufacturing and production processes.
• Communication and Negotiation Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Independence and Multitasking: Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• ERP Systems and Microsoft Office Suite: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems.
• Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
• Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
• Market Trends and Customer Preferences: Knowledge of market trends and customer preferences.
• Client and Supplier Relationships: Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and suppliers.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering or a related field.
