Job Summary:

The Vertical is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to engage potential clients, provide information about our projects and services, and convert leads into customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospecting clients, offering insights on available projects and services
  • Handle incoming inquiries and follow up on warm leads to facilitate successful conversions
  • Develop strong relationships with prospective clients by delivering personalized solutions and ensuring client satisfaction
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective lead conversion and strategic communication
  • Schedule meetings or site visits for sales agents with qualified leads to drive business growth
  • Provide detailed information regarding products, pricing, and promotions to potential buyers, highlighting their value proposition
  • Maintain an updated database of customer contacts, sales activity, and client feedback to inform sales strategies
  • Address client queries and concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies and maximize business impact
  • Stay up-to-date with company products, market trends, and competitors to maintain a competitive edge

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in telesales or customer service
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients
  • Persuasive and confident in promoting products and services to achieve sales goals
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively to meet deadlines
  • Strong listening skills and ability to handle objections professionally to close deals
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools to streamline sales processes
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
