Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced marketing professional to lead our team in Karachi. This is a full-time, office-based role that offers the opportunity to drive business growth and increase client engagement.

The ideal candidate will have a strong marketing background and be able to analyze trends, conduct research, and understand customer needs to boost our presence in the global market.

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to grow our global presence and increase client engagement.
  • Identify gaps in our current market strategy and suggest improvements to strengthen marketing efforts.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for expansion.
  • Collaborate with our sales and operations teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
  • Create and implement campaigns across multiple channels, including digital marketing, social media, and email marketing.
  • Analyze marketing performance data to track the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.
  • Stay updated with the latest marketing trends and technologies to drive innovation.
  • Work closely with external partners and stakeholders to enhance our reach and visibility.

Key Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar B2B marketing role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, customer behavior, and market research methodologies.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that lead to business growth.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, track campaign performance, and optimize strategies accordingly.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, with knowledge of email marketing strategies and campaign management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain business relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
