The Role

This position offers the opportunity to exercise technical expertise while working on the design and architecture of our Fleet products. As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you will be responsible for mentoring junior developers, suggesting architectural refinements, keeping the tech stack up-to-date, and participating in hiring great new talent.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead medium to large complexity frontend projects involving teams of 2+ developers
  • Make architectural design decisions for new product features, plan development milestones, break down tasks, and plan sprints
  • Collaborate with backend engineers, product owners, designers, and QA to efficiently execute on projects
  • Provide technical guidance to junior developers and onboard new hires to the team
  • Participate in code reviews and maintain the quality of the codebase
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in frontend development using major frameworks like Angular, React, or Vue
  • Mid-advanced knowledge of Angular is a plus
  • Experience leading complex frontend projects, making architecture decisions, and planning development milestones
  • Strong software design and architecture skills
  • Exposure to agile methodology of software development
