Occupational Psychologist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Psychologist to join our team. As an IO psychologist, you will play a crucial role in optimizing workplace dynamics and promoting employee growth.

Job Responsibilities
  • Conduct performance evaluations, coaching, and career development initiatives to enhance employee performance.
  • Evaluate individual and team job performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Design and implement training programs to promote learning and development within the organization.
  • Maintain positive employee relations and motivation through effective communication and conflict resolution.
  • Analyze consumer behavior to better understand customer needs and preferences.
  • Create employee personality and skill assessment tests to identify areas for development.
  • Develop job designs that align with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Administer psychometric assessments to evaluate employee skills and abilities.
  • MEDIATE IN SITUATIONS WHERE THERE IS CONFLICT BETWEEN EMPLOYEES AND MANAGEMENT OR AN EMPLOYMENT DISPUTE.
  • Analyze employee training needs, identify skill gaps, and develop cost-effective solutions to address these gaps.
Key Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and gain information from clients.
  • Demonstrate resilience and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in IT skills to manage online assessment platforms.
  • A proactive and creative approach to work, producing imaginative training packages and solutions to work-based issues.
  • Finding resolutions to conflicts—whether organizational or interpersonal.
  • Skill in listening to understand individual and organizational needs.
  • Ability to plan, organize, hire, and train staff.
Preferred Qualifications

Bachelors/BS or Masters/MS in Psychology, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or any other relevant field from a reputable university.

Work Mode: Work from Office.

Shift Time: 10am-7pm.
