The ideal candidate will have:

  • A bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in art direction, preferably within an eCommerce or digital marketing environment.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in social media content creation, branding, and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and CapCut.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts and rationale to stakeholders.
  • A strong understanding of social media platforms and their impact on brand visibility and engagement.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
