Job Title: Senior Software Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced senior manager to oversee the development of software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Software Requirements Specifications (SRS): Prepare detailed SRS documents outlining project requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
  • System Design Specifications (SDS): Develop comprehensive SDS documents detailing system architecture and design, including scalability and security considerations.
  • Project Planning: Create a complete project plan, allocating tasks and timelines effectively to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
  • Task Allocation: Assign tasks to developers, providing clear guidance and support to ensure each member understands their responsibilities and contributes to the project's success.
  • Task Completion and Testing: Verify that tasks are completed accurately and on time, conducting thorough testing to identify and resolve any issues.
  • Deadline Management: Ensure all tasks meet final deadlines, maintaining open communication with stakeholders throughout the process to address any concerns or challenges.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical guidance and support to developers as needed, promoting a collaborative learning environment and fostering continuous improvement.

Requirements: At least 2 years of experience as a team lead, overseeing a team of at least 5 developers, including both senior and junior members who require technical assistance.

Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of industry-standard technologies and tools, including PHP, MySQL, Magento, WordPress, Joomla, CSS, HTML, DHTML, XHTML, CURL, jQuery, JavaScript, and ZEND Coding Standards.
