Backend Development Opportunity

As a highly skilled backend developer, you will play a crucial role in the development of our core backend code within a well-defined framework and delivering robust APIs to support the application side.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain scalable backend architecture using Python (Django/Flask) frameworks, ensuring seamless integration with frontend services.
  • Build and optimize RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints, collaborating closely with frontend developers, DevOps, and product teams to deliver exceptional application features.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with relational databases including MSSQL and PostgreSQL, guaranteeing efficient data exchange.
  • Implement high-performance, responsive, and scalable backend services through best practices, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in organizing legacy code into a structured, maintainable format, enhancing overall team efficiency.
  • Design and implement efficient data models and storage solutions, streamlining data management processes.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience in backend development.
  • Strong proficiency in Python, with a focus on Django and Flask frameworks.
  • Excellent understanding of REST APIs and GraphQL concepts, enabling effective communication with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven experience working with databases: MSSQL, PostgreSQL.
  • Outstanding debugging and problem-solving skills, driving issue resolution and process improvements.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team, promoting open communication and collaboration.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have:
  • Experience or interest in Time Series Analysis, driving business insights and decision-making.
  • Certifications in Artificial Intelligence, Database, or Data Warehousing, demonstrating expertise and commitment to ongoing learning.
  • Educational background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Artificial Intelligence, providing a solid foundation for technical excellence.
