Job Title: Sales Manager

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in furniture and fabrics, with a proven track record of achieving sales growth and hitting targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, both written and oral, as well as the ability to craft effective sales plans and justify them to upper management.

Responsibilities:
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures a strong presence.
  • Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
  • Provide daily or monthly reports to the leading team.
  • Shall be able to write and print quotations to customers and file them in the database.
