· Lead and Manage Sales Team: Guide, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
· Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers, understanding their unique needs, and providing tailored solutions.
· Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and other relevant information to form strategic sales plans.
· Collaborate with Other Departments: Work closely with marketing and academic teams to ensure alignment of promotional campaigns and product offerings.
· Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on sales performance and metrics, ensuring alignment with goals and adjusting strategies as needed.
· Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure all sales activities adhere to legal and ethical standards.
Job SpecificationQualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
· 1 or 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the education or e-learning industry.
· Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
· Strong leadership and team management skills.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment.
