Technical Lead for Quality Assurance

The Technical Lead for Quality Assurance will be responsible for leading the development of high-quality software solutions. This role requires a strong background in software quality assurance and experience managing teams.
Responsibilities- Manage and motivate a team of software engineers to develop high-quality software products.
- Develop and implement Scrum processes and ensure effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Work closely with product stakeholders to define project scope, provide regular updates, and gather feedback.
- Develop and implement high-quality assurance processes to guarantee the delivery of defect-free software products.
- Mentor and coach direct report staff to foster their technical and personal growth.
- Plan releases, schedule development, and provide estimates and initial assessments for proposed tasks and features.
- 6+ years of experience managing software development teams or quality assurance teams.
- In-depth knowledge of agile development methodologies and ability to quickly adapt to new technical and functional knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written.
- BS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
