Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Software Quality Assurance Manager to lead our software quality assurance team. This role is perfect for an experienced professional who can manage and motivate a team of software engineers in building high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of software engineers, guiding them in developing scalable and reliable software products.
  • Implement end-to-end Scrum processes and ensure effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with product stakeholders to define project scope, provide regular updates, and gather feedback.
  • Develop and implement high-quality assurance processes to guarantee the delivery of defect-free software products.
  • Mentor and coach direct report staff, fostering their technical and personal growth while ensuring high productivity.
  • Plan releases, schedule development, and provide estimates and initial assessments for proposed tasks and features.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience managing software development teams or quality assurance teams comprising 5 or more engineers.
  • In-depth knowledge of agile development methodologies and ability to quickly adapt to new technical and functional knowledge.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both spoken and written, with the ability to present ideas and plans clearly to various audiences.
  • BS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
