Responsibilities

  1. Oversee all aspects of the company's transportation operations, including fleet management, route planning, and driver supervision.
  2. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  3. Monitor and analyze transportation metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  4. Supervise and train staff to ensure they adhere to company policies and provide excellent customer service.
  5. C Coordinate with drivers, dispatchers, and other team members to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
  6. Manage fleet utilization, including maintenance, fuel efficiency, and route planning.
  7. Ensure compliance with all applicable safety regulations and company policies.
  8. Resolve any operational issues or customer complaints promptly and effectively.

Job Requirements

  1. Strong leadership and managerial skills.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  3. Proficient in logistics software and MS Office Suite.
  4. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  5. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  6. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  7. Knowledge of transportation laws and regulations.
  8. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
