Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced administrative professional to lead our team.
This role involves managing various administrative activities, ensuring timely solutions to problems, and providing excellent support to the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Manage administrative operations effectively and efficiently, including security, housekeeping, Time Office supervision, cafeteria management, logistics arrangement, and utility provision (electricity, water).
- Ensure prompt resolution of administrative issues such as electricity breakdowns and external drain line problems.
- Handle official communications with government agencies.
Requirements:
- Minimum Graduate degree in Administrative Skills or related field preferred.
- High IQ and good communication skills.
- Excellent supervisory skills and attention to detail.
- Able to work under tight deadlines.
