Finance Associate Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled finance professional to manage financial transactions, ensure regulatory compliance, and support financial planning across our operations in Pakistan, the UK, and the UAE.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, proficiency in financial software, and a solid understanding of tax and regulatory requirements in these three regions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with international financial standards.
  • Oversee accounts payable and receivable, processing payments and reconciling transactions.
  • Prepare financial reports, including profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow analyses.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and liaise with relevant tax authorities in:
  • Pakistan: Federal Board of Revenue (FBR)
  • UK: HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC)
  • UAE: Federal Tax Authority (FTA)
    • Handle tax filings, VAT returns, and other regulatory submissions for Pakistan, the UK, and the UAE.
    • Support budgeting and financial forecasting processes.
    • Conduct financial audits and implement internal controls to mitigate risks.
    • Work closely with external auditors, tax consultants, and banking institutions.
    • Assist in payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate disbursement of salaries.
    • Stay updated with financial laws, regulations, and best practices in the relevant jurisdictions.
    Requirements:
    • Bachelors or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA, ACCA, or CFA preferred).
    • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in financial management or accounting.
    • Strong knowledge of tax regulations and compliance for Pakistan, the UK, and the UAE.
    • Proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
    • Experience with ERP systems and accounting software.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
