Project Lead

We are seeking an experienced project lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire resources and coordinate the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants.
  • Schedule and manage project timelines, cost benefit analysis and claims reviews.
  • Oversee construction supervision, quality control and general management responsibilities.
  • Prepare and monitor Execution Management Plans and project budgets.

Requirements:

  • Certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP).
  • Strong planning and analytic skills.
  • MIS and reporting skills.
  • Leadership skills with a strong personality.
  • Proficiency in Ms Office and Ms Project.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing projects from start to finish with excellent communication and leadership skills.
