Operations Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to lead our internal team, manage all operations, and ensure clients receive their content consistently and on time.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead the internal team and manage day-to-day operations across client delivery and internal execution
  • Develop and improve internal systems and workflows (e.g. Notion, Airtable)
  • Manage weekly and monthly production schedules
  • Maintain clear outcomes and accountability with every team member
  • Communicate priorities, updates, and blockers clearly across the team
  • Make timely decisions that balance quality and speed
Key Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience leading operations or delivery in a content, agency, or marketing company
  • Strong background managing remote teams and creative workstreams
  • Proven experience building workflows, managing timelines, and driving accountability
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills
  • Familiarity with tools like Notion, Airtable, Slack, and Google Drive
Desirable Skills
  • Experience scaling a service business or agency
  • Led production of short-form video, content calendars, or social campaigns
  • Worked with AI tools in content or project delivery
  • Familiarity with paid ad creative, organic content, and social media execution
