Quality Control Manager

Job Description:

Our ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products by monitoring raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods. They will develop and implement quality policies and procedures to promote quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the organization.

The Quality Control Manager will also identify relevant quality-related training needs and deliver training to ensure that employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.

They will facilitate and support quality management activities, working closely with the head of the Quality Unit and Operations managers to produce a high-quality product at the lowest possible cost.

Additionally, the Quality Control Manager will investigate manufacturing process problems and product failures to ensure compliance with specifications and process requirements.

They will assess the product specifications of the company and its suppliers, comparing them with pharmacopoeia and in-house standards.

Furthermore, the Quality Control Manager will review and approve SOPs, specification sheets, and MOAs to ensure that they meet the required standards.

They will also review and evaluate all data generated by QC laboratories, accepting or rejecting raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products based on analysis reports and COAs.
