Marketing Manager

As a marketing manager, you will assist in developing digital marketing strategies and harness data-driven insights to optimize performance. You are responsible for managing, guiding, and training digital marketers and other marketing positions in the team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategic plans for brand and campaign marketing, including business objectives and annual brand marketing plans.
  • Leverage consumer research to identify trends in customer behavior, capitalize on opportunities, and monitor short- and long-term brand health.
  • Conduct market and brand analysis to fully understand business performance and develop growth strategies.
  • Utilize diverse information and data to develop recommendations for program/campaign development.
  • Plan, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns to generate leads, drive traffic, and boost conversions.
  • Develop multiple possible campaign directions based on insights, data points, and company strategy alignment.
  • Analyze marketing data to evaluate campaign performance, identify improvement opportunities, and inform future strategies.
  • Lead A/B testing and optimization strategies to improve conversion rates and maximize ROI.
  • Assist with overall marketing department goal planning, strategy, and strategic initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Extensive knowledge of digital and online marketing services, including website development, SEO, PPC, social media, and other online marketing tactics.
  • 5+ years of experience in a management role, digital marketing, and data analytics, with a proven track record in managing successful campaigns.
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, SQL, and marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager).
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).
  • Proven experience in identifying target audiences and devising creative marketing campaigns that engage, educate, and motivate.
