Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

Our organization is seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to lead the execution and optimization of digital marketing campaigns that drive significant returns on investment (ROI). The ideal candidate will have expertise in planning, executing, and managing paid marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and manage paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and optimize for higher ROI.
  • Conduct A/B testing for creatives, ad copies, and landing pages.

Website & Landing Page Management:

  • Create, edit, and optimize WordPress landing pages (Elementor or similar).
  • Implement SEO best practices to boost organic reach.
  • Ensure website speed, responsiveness, and conversion-focused design.

Creative & Design Work:

  • Design basic graphics, banners, and ad creatives using Canva, Photoshop, or Figma.
  • Collaborate with designers for high-quality visuals.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Track and analyze KPIs for all marketing channels.
  • Prepare detailed performance reports with improvement suggestions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Performance Marketing (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, etc.).
  • Proficiency in WordPress (Elementor or similar page builders).
  • Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, Figma).
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign data.
  • Knowledge of SEO and website optimization (preferred).
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
