- Proven experience in social media marketing with a focus on YouTube.
- Strong understanding of YouTube's algorithm and audience engagement principles.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Proficiency with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a passion for creative problem-solving.
