Cyber Security Strategic Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cyber Security Manager to lead and enhance our cybersecurity strategy, governance, risk management, and incident response in the financial services sector.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the security, confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our information systems, protecting sensitive financial data, and complying with regulatory requirements.
This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop, implement, and maintain the organization's cybersecurity strategy, policies, and procedures. The successful candidate will have expertise in network security, cloud security, identity and access management, and data protection.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing cybersecurity strategies that align with financial industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
- Conducting regular security risk assessments and proposing mitigation strategies.
- Monitoring, detecting, analyzing, and responding to security incidents and breaches.
- Leading cybersecurity investigations and forensics analysis.
- Developing and testing incident response plans and conducting regular cyber drills.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity, excellent leadership and team management skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
