Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Proposal Developer to join our team. As a key member of our proposal writing team, you will be responsible for developing high-quality proposals that showcase our company's expertise and capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proposal Development:
    • Determine concepts and gather relevant information to create compelling proposals.
    • Format information into clear, concise documents that meet client needs.
  • Proposal Management:
    • Manage proposal timelines and ensure timely submission to clients.
    • Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to finalize proposals.
  • Analysis and Strategy:
    • Analyze Requests for Proposal (RFPs) to understand client needs and opportunities.
    • Attend strategy meetings to discuss key details and develop effective proposal strategies.
  • Proposal Assembly:
    • Assemble key details such as project objectives, deliverables, methods, timelines, staffing, and performance standards.
  • Edit and Revise:
    • Edit, revise, and polish drafts including executive summaries and conclusions.
  • Presentation Materials:
    • Create high-quality presentation materials with strong attention to text, graphics, and branding consistency.
  • Process Improvement:
    • Maintain and improve proposal-writing processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Leverage templates and best practices to streamline proposal development.
  • Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with project managers and key contributors to finalize proposals and ensure smooth execution.
