About the Role

We are looking for a Sales and Marketing Director who can lead our business development efforts and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing new businesses and a strong understanding of the local market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of strategic sales plans to achieve business growth.
  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and develop proposals to present to clients.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver outstanding presentations that capture profitable business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales/business development.
  • Proven track record of developing new businesses and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong client connection and client services skills.
  • Ability to work under high pressure and meet sales targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • A passion for sales and a drive to succeed.
  • Fluency in English and Urdu.
