Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager with expertise in software sales to drive revenue growth and expansion. This role demands strategic thinking, hands-on experience in lead generation, customer relationship management, and navigating the complete customer lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Revenue Growth:
    • Drive software sales by identifying, targeting, and closing deals with prospective clients.
    • Implement effective sales strategies and account management to exceed revenue targets.
  • Lead Generation and Qualification:
    • Leverage Apollo and other CRM tools to identify and qualify leads.
    • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients through targeted outreach.
    • Utilize market research and competitor analysis to discover new opportunities.
  • Customer Lifecycle Management:
    • Manage the entire customer lifecycle, from initial engagement and onboarding to retention and upselling.
    • Maintain regular communication and resolve issues promptly to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectives.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Strategic Planning and Execution:
    • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
    • Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales goals and expand market presence.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
    • Track and report sales activities, performance metrics, and revenue forecasts.
    • Provide insights and recommendations to optimize sales processes and strategies.
