Required Skills & Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in career counseling, preferably with a focus on middle school students.
• Familiarity with career guidance frameworks and student profile development strategies.
• Awareness of the CBSE and Cambridge curricula, including their structure, strengths, and implications for college and career choices.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with students, parents, and faculty members.
• Empathy and ability to connect with young adolescents.
• Proficiency in workshops, presentations, and facilitating group sessions.
• Proficiency in using tools for documentation and data management.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.
• Skilled in using student management tools and communication software.
• Creative problem-solving abilities to design engaging student activities.
• Eagerness to learn and stay updated with the latest industry trends and practices.
