
Telesales Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Telesales Representative to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, promoting products or services, and closing sales over the phone.
The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, strong sales and negotiation abilities, and the ability to handle rejection and remain motivated. A graduate degree is mandatory, and proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services using scripts.
- Answer questions about products, pricing, and company offerings.
- Ask questions to understand customer needs and close sales.
- Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed.
- Enter and update customer information in the CRM/database.
- Take and process orders accurately.
- Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation.
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
- Meet daily and monthly sales targets.
Requirements:
- Graduate degree is mandatory (Bachelor's degree in any field).
- Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM software and telephone systems.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Goal-oriented with a drive to exceed targets.
