Job Title: Telesales Expert - Client Acquisition Specialist

Summary:
We are seeking a skilled telesales professional to join our team as a Client Acquisition Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to business owners, educating them on the benefits of optimizing their Google My Business (GMB) listing, and pitching our GMB optimization services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Make targeted cold calls to business owners from a provided lead list.
  • Present and pitch our GMB optimization services effectively, highlighting the benefits of improved local search ranking and increased customer attraction.
  • Understand client needs and tailor your pitch accordingly.
  • Handle objections and close sales where possible.
  • Schedule follow-ups with interested prospects.
  • Maintain accurate call records and update the CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed daily/weekly call and conversion targets.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Confidence in handling objections and closing deals is crucial.
  • Bonus points if you have basic knowledge of Google My Business (GMB) and local SEO principles.
  • You must be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
