Job Description

The successful candidate will facilitate sales by guiding customers towards Gulf Alliance products, including commercial shops and residential apartments. This involves creating an attractive environment to maximize sales, with a strong network of real estate dealers and potential customers in the Islamabad market.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) with strong persuasive and analytical skills.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude, and ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic, high-performing team, and adapt well under pressure.
  • Excellent knowledge and experience of running social media campaigns on various platforms.
  • Able to assess customers' needs and preferences, and provide guidance on property options that meet customer demand/satisfaction.
  • Schedule and accompany customers for property viewing visits, negotiate and finalize deals as per company policies and guidelines.
  • Advise customers on pricing, market conditions, and other factors that may affect the sale and purchase of property.
  • Maintain relationships with dealers and customers by providing support, information, and guidance, recommending new opportunities.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Sales/Marketing, Management, or relevant fields.
  • 2 – 3 years' experience in commercial projects sales/marketing, preferably within Islamabad/Rawalpindi.
