Job Responsibilities
  1. To manage the receipt, handling, and escalation of all sales enquiries
  2. To receive and co-ordinate all sales enquiries in line with the company policies
  3. To monitor the status of all live enquiries to ensure all HEC and enquirer actions are completed in a timely professional manner
  4. To ensure that all quotes and associated files are linked to an enquiry
  5. To follow up sales activities with clients & potential clients
  6. To chase and analyse the reasons for failure to turn an enquiry into a new order
  7. To monitor company sales KPIs and sales performance
  8. To credit check all potential new clients prior to completion of a quote
  9. To liaise with the sales team to capture all necessary information for quotes and to manage the dispatch of quotes to agreed timescales
  10. To chase outstanding quotes to agreed timescales
  11. Create a marketing and PR strategy for the company to be approved by the directors
  12. Create a marketing and PR plan to be approved by the directors for the company based on a rolling 12 month period
Job Specification
  1. To administer the preparation of quotes
  2. To create and implement a Marketing and PR strategy
  3. To identify and co-ordinate market information on behalf of HEC
  4. To produce appropriate marketing collateral as required
  5. To produce appropriate PR collateral as required
  6. Manage the day to day work of the Sales and Marketing Assistant
