Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics and Administration Specialist to join our team at the Pakistan Centre for Philanthropy. As an integral part of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating logistics activities, managing administrative tasks, and providing exceptional support to our staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and meetings for staff and visitors.
  • Manage inventory levels, track stock movements, and perform regular audits.
  • Assist with event planning, preparation, and execution.
  • Provide administrative support to senior staff members, including scheduling appointments, preparing documents, and handling correspondence.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics and administration, preferably in a non-profit organization.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
