Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Officer for Procurement and Logistics to join our team at the Pakistan Centre for Philanthropy. As an essential member of our staff, you will be responsible for managing procurement activities, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet the organization's needs.
  • Source and negotiate contracts with suppliers, ensuring competitive pricing and timely delivery.
  • Manage inventory levels, tracking stock movements, and performing regular audits.
  • Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including contract documentation and payment schedules.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless logistics operations.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement and logistics, preferably in a non-profit organization.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
