Administrative Officer for Procurement and Logistics

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet the organization's needs.
- Source and negotiate contracts with suppliers, ensuring competitive pricing and timely delivery.
- Manage inventory levels, tracking stock movements, and performing regular audits.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including contract documentation and payment schedules.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless logistics operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement and logistics, preferably in a non-profit organization.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
