Role Overview

A highly motivated and fluent English speaker is required to excel in ebook sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Convert qualified leads into successful ebook transactions.
  • Establish strong communication channels with international clients through calls, emails, and chat.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with valued customers.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate sales records within the company's CRM system.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent fluency in spoken and written English is mandatory.
  • 6 months – 1 year of experience in sales or customer support, preferably in BPO/International sales.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential, with a US/UK accent being advantageous.
  • A target-driven and results-oriented mindset is crucial for success.
  • Ability to work flexible night shifts (06:00 PM – 03:00 AM) from Monday to Friday is required.
