ob Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic eBook Front Seller to promote, pitch, and sell eBooks directly to potential customers through online and offline channels. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a strong interest in digital content and publishing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively engage with potential customers via social media, email, chat, and other platforms to sell eBooks.
  • Present eBook features, benefits, and pricing clearly to encourage sales.
  • Identify target audiences and tailor the pitch according to their interests.
  • Maintain and update records of daily leads, conversations, and conversions.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as set by the management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to run promotions and campaigns.
  • Collect and report customer feedback for product improvement and marketing insight.
  • Provide exceptional customer service before and after the sale.

Requirements:

  • Proven Experience of ebook.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Prior experience in direct selling, telemarketing, or digital product sales is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Confident, self-motivated, and target-oriented attitude.
  • Comfortable using WhatsApp, social media, email tools, and spreadsheets.
  • Basic understanding of eBooks and digital content is an advantage.
