, About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to lead our Site Reliability Engineering team. As an SRE Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of our systems on Azure.

You will oversee a team of engineers, develop strategies for monitoring and incident response, design automation processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices.

  • Lead and Mentor: Guide and support a team of Site Reliability Engineers in maintaining and improving system reliability.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with DevOps, Development, and Infrastructure teams to enhance reliability and performance standards.
  • Monitoring and Incident Response: Develop and implement strategies for proactive identification and resolution of issues.
  • Azure Optimization: Make informed decisions on resource optimization, scalability, and cost efficiency working closely with Azure services.
  • Automation and Deployment: Design and implement automation processes for deployment, configuration, and scaling of Azure resources.
  • Professional Development: Stay current with industry trends and apply knowledge to improve SRE processes and methodologies.
  • Security Integration: Collaborate with security teams to ensure infrastructure integrity and security.

  • Cloud Experience: Strong background in cloud technologies, particularly Microsoft Azure.
  • Leadership: Proven track record of managing and leading SRE teams.
  • Technical Expertise: Knowledge of site reliability engineering principles, monitoring tools, and incident response techniques.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
