We are seeking a skilled Insurance Specialist to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, utilizing your Property and Casualty insurance knowledge to solve complex coverage problems for clients.

About the Job:
  • You will act as an intermediary between agents and brokers, ensuring seamless communication and efficient problem-solving.
  • Your expertise will be utilized to assist agents with new business, mid-term adjustments, cancellations, and renewals.
  • You will provide accurate and timely client invoicing, while maintaining up-to-date records of all paper and digital files.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Intermediary services for agents and brokers regarding new business, mid-term adjustments, cancellations, and renewals.
  • Answering agent inquiries and questions, providing expert advice and guidance.
  • Assisting agents with the completion of renewal applications, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Providing payment options to agents, promoting seamless transactions.
  • Achieving accurate and timely client invoicing, while maintaining accurate records.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all paper and digital files, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in Property & Casualty insurance is required.
  • Licensed in Property & Casualty insurance, or willing to obtain proper insurance licenses within the desired timeframe.
  • Strong attention to detail is essential for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to build positive relationships within the industry is critical to the role's success.
  • Time management and organizational skills are necessary for meeting deadlines and managing workload.
  • Effective communication skills are vital for collaborating with colleagues and external stakeholders.
