Insurance Solutions Specialist

This role is part of our statewide services team, focused on helping agents resolve insurance coverage issues for their clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Interface between agents and brokers for new business, mid-term adjustments, cancellations, and renewals.
  • Respond to agent inquiries and questions.
  • Assist with the completion of renewal applications.
  • Provide payment options to agents.
  • Ensure accurate and timely client invoicing.
  • Maintain accurate records of paper and digital files.
  • Process bonds, quotes, and payments efficiently.
  • Adhere to industry protocols and company standards.
  • Support other team members with duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Must have experience in property and casualty insurance.
  • Licensed in property and casualty insurance or willing to obtain proper licenses within a desired timeframe.
  • A strong attention to detail is essential.
  • The ability to build positive relationships within the organization is critical to success in this role.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills are required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.
  • Familiarity with some client relationship software and MS Excel is a plus, but not required.
  • The ability to work independently with minimal supervision and handle a fast-paced environment is essential.
  • Remote work capabilities are also required.
