
Business Opportunities Manager

We are looking for an organized and motivated individual to fill the role of Business Development Executive with an IT background. The ideal candidate will have the ability to redesign business models in accordance with modern strategies. Responsibilities include generating business through various platforms, maintaining strong relationships with clients, conducting market analysis, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure proposals align with our brand and capabilities.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Research and identify potential clients via multiple sources, tailor proposals to client needs, and maintain a strong lead pipeline.
- CRM Management: Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients, providing support throughout the bidding process.
- Market Analysis: Conduct research on trends, competitor offerings, and client needs to refine our approach and identify growth opportunities.
- Marketing Automation: Explore automation options for lead generation and bidding tasks, implement CRM tools to streamline workflows and enhance client engagement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure proposals align with our brand and capabilities.
- Sales Strategy Development: Contribute to sales strategies for client acquisition and revenue growth, monitoring performance metrics to adjust tactics as needed.
Job Specification:
- Strong Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written English communication and interpersonal skills for building client rapport.
- Experience: Have experience in sales, business development, or a related field, preferably in tech or web development.
- Familiarity with Freelancing Platforms: Familiarity with freelancing platforms like Fiverr and Upwork.
- Digital Marketing and Marketing Automation Tools: Experience with digital marketing and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Make.com, n8n).
- Web and Mobile Development Processes and Technologies: Understanding of web and mobile development processes and technologies.
- Analytical Mindset: An analytical mindset for deriving insights from market data.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Self-motivated, problem solver, able to build foundations and work both independently and as part of a team.
