Job Overview

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Freelance Business Development Lead to help us expand our clientele. As a crucial part of our team, you will be the front face of the company, dedicated to creating and applying an effective sales strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

  1. IDentify partnership opportunities for Freelancing and E-Commerce Project like Fiverr, Upwork, Guru & PPH
  2. Bid effectively to generate new business
  3. Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  4. Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  5. Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  6. Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives
  7. Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
  8. Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
  9. Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
  10. Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Job Specification

Qualifications

  1. At least 3 years of working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
  2. Experience in customer support is a plus
  3. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. HubSpot)
  4. Proficiency in English
  5. Market knowledge
  6. Communication and negotiation skills
  7. Ability to build rapport
  8. Time management and planning skills
  9. BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
