Virtual Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and self-motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks, email correspondence, communicating with agents via text, and making phone calls to clients.

Email Management: Efficiently prioritize and manage email correspondence, responding to inquiries and forwarding important messages to the appropriate individuals.

Administrative Tasks: Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and scheduling appointments.

Communication: Communicate with agents and team members through texting, ensuring prompt and accurate information exchange, and make phone calls to provide information, schedule appointments, or follow up on inquiries.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in using email platforms and other communication tools.
• Ability to make phone calls professionally and confidently.
