Software Development Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Development Leader to join our Engineering Group. This role will be responsible for leading the development of innovative audio solutions using IoT Audio technologies.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement audio DSP software, including algorithms, codecs, and frameworks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success and achieve high-quality software development.
  • Lead the design and implementation of audio DSP software, ensuring it meets customer requirements and industry standards.
  • Decompose complex problems into manageable tasks, and oversee the implementation of solutions.
  • Coach and guide team members to improve their skills and performance.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement changes to enhance software quality and performance.
  • Drive team goals and objectives, ensuring they align with company vision and strategy.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computers, Electrical, Electronics Engineering, or related field with 6+ years of experience in software development for embedded SOCs.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience managing a team of software engineers.
  • Proficiency in C/C++ programming languages and Linux/RTOS development platforms.
  • Good understanding of signal processing fundamentals, audio fundamentals, audio algorithms, audio codecs, and DSP architecture.
  • Experience with audio DSP frameworks and APPS-DSP interfacing is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
