The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Technical Lead to guide our development team in building and enhancing web applications using full-stack development principles. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and experience in delivering high-quality solutions within set timelines.

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of developers in building scalable, secure, and efficient web applications.
  • Oversee the design, development, and deployment of web applications using .NET and Angular.
  • Develop robust front-end and back-end components using .NET and Angular.
  • Participate in the design and architecture of maintainable, secure, and efficient applications.
  • Collaborate with designers, QA engineers, and DevOps teams to ensure smooth integration and deployment.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot complex issues, providing efficient solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience as a full stack developer.
  • Strong knowledge and experience with object-oriented programming.
  • Expertise in C#, .NET Core, Angular, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related technologies.
  • Knowledge of integrating applications with legacy systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an Agile environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to lead and motivate a team.
