Sales Consultant - Real Estate Division

Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our Real Estate Telesales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential real estate leads to promote and sell properties, providing information on available listings, prices, terms of sales, and assisting with scheduling property viewings.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects through proactive lead generation and follow-up, utilizing strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system, ensuring seamless collaboration with agents and brokers to coordinate property showings and facilitate the sales process.
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and quotas, staying updated on real estate market trends, property values, and industry regulations to provide expert advice to clients.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or additional real estate education or certification is preferred.
  • A minimum of 6 months of experience in real estate telesales or a similar role, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the real estate industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach, along with knowledge of real estate market trends, property values, and industry regulations.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and ability to maintain accurate records, with excellent phone etiquette and the ability to engage and build rapport over the phone.
