We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrator to manage our office operations.

Responsibilities
  • Manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment effectively.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events in a timely manner.
  • Ensure the office is well-maintained and clean.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and communications professionally.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems.
  • Support HR with employee onboarding and record-keeping.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation efficiently.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as an office administrator or similar role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
