Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Technician to join our team. This role will involve installing, configuring, and maintaining advanced digital printing technologies at customer locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and calibrate Sublimation, Digital, DTF, and UV DTF printers at client sites.
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electronic, or software-related issues in printers.
  • Provide technical training and support to end-users post-installation.
  • Use CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop to test print files and assist clients with basic design-to-print conversion processes.
  • Maintain records of service calls, installations, customer feedback, and technical reports.
Eligibility Criteria:

Education:

  • Diploma in Associate Engineering in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronics, Software, or Hardware.
  • Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Fashion Technology, or Designing (with technical aptitude).

Experience:

0-1 year experience in technical servicing or machinery setup in relevant industries (printing/textile/design).

Required Skills:

  • Working knowledge of CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop.
  • Ability to operate and test designs in printing software.
