Devsinc is seeking a skilled Electrical Technician/Supervisor to oversee and manage electrical maintenance tasks and ensure the smooth operation of electrical systems. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising a team of technicians, coordinating electrical projects, and ensuring adherence to safety standards and regulations.

  • Supervise and lead a team of electrical technicians in carrying out maintenance and repair tasks.
  • Oversee installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems, including DB panels, bus ducts, and wiring.
  • Conduct inspections of transformers, circuit breakers, generators, and UPS systems to ensure optimal functioning.
  • Implement corrective maintenance for circuit breakers in both LT and HT applications.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to minimize downtime.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and legal regulations in all electrical works.
  • Assist in training and mentoring junior technicians on best practices and safety protocols.

Requirements


• Education: B Tech / DAE in Electrical or equivalent degree.

  • • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in industrial and/or commercial electrical systems.
  • • Prior supervisory experience and strong leadership skills.
  • • In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, safety procedures, and industry regulations.
  • • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • • Physical fitness and flexibility to work shifts and on-call as needed.
