Key Responsibilities:
  • You will introduce our services to prospective clients and promote digital solutions including mobile app development, website development, and marketing services.
  • Qualify leads and gather information about client needs.
  • Schedule appointments or direct hot leads to the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
  • Consistently follow up with interested leads.
  • Meet daily and weekly targets for call volume and lead generation.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in cold calling and lead generation is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills are required in English.
  • Confidence in presenting services over the phone is essential.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills are necessary.
  • A basic understanding of digital marketing principles is beneficial.
  • Flexibility, including night shifts, is also required.
