Security Services Manager

The ideal candidate will oversee security services, ensuring the safety and protection of assets within their designated area of responsibility. This involves effectively utilizing internal resources, external security companies, and local law enforcement agencies.

This role requires strong coordination skills to handle interactions with CBA/local union staff and work in coordination with Geographical Heads and IR Officials to resolve any issues that may arise.

Maintaining effective communication with local intelligence sources as well as law enforcement agencies is crucial for this position. The successful candidate should be able to gather and analyze information to inform decision-making.

The Security Services Manager will monitor both internal and outsourced security personnel deployed in the area of responsibility.

Establishing a local information network will enable the candidate to stay informed about potential security threats and take proactive measures to mitigate them.

The successful candidate will assist in disconnection operations by coordinating with law enforcement agencies to provide necessary security support.

Participating in joint industrial load surveys within the area of responsibility will help identify potential security risks and allow for targeted interventions.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Asset Protection: Ensure the safety and security of SSGC assets.
  2. CBA/Local Union Coordination: Handle interactions with CBA/local union staff and coordinate with Geographical Heads and IR Officials.
  3. Intelligence Gathering: Gather and analyze information from local intelligence sources and law enforcement agencies.
  4. Security Element Monitoring: Monitor internal and outsourced security personnel.
