Job Title: Security Specialist

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled security professional to join our organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security operations, including event management and VIP protection.

S/he must be able to design and implement effective security protocols, assess potential threats, and develop mitigation strategies.

Additionally, the candidate should have excellent communication skills with law enforcement agencies and the ability to work under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Event Security Management:
    • Design and implement security protocols for high-profile events
    • Ensure secure movement and accommodation of dignitaries
  • Risk Assessment and Mitigation:
    • Identify potential security threats and vulnerabilities
    • Develop and implement preventive measures
  • Liaison and Coordination:
    • Collaborate with law enforcement agencies and intelligence agencies
    • Formulate emergency response plans and conduct mock drills
  • Monitoring and Reporting:
    • Monitor real-time security conditions during events
    • Provide regular security briefings and reports
  • Post Event Review:
    • Analyze post-event security measures and identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of security protocols, threat assessment, and crisis management
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage large security teams
