Job Title:

Business Intelligence Analyst

Job Description

This role focuses on developing a deep understanding of business needs and creating technical solutions to address them. The ideal candidate will have expertise in both back-end and front-end Business Intelligence tools and a passion for technology.

Responsibilities
  1. Translate customer requirements into actionable business blueprints through collaborative workshops.
  2. Support project teams in crafting functional specifications and estimates for bespoke developments.
  3. Liaise with the BI project team across all phases of the project: Build, UAT, Go-live, and Hyper Care.
  4. Ensure seamless documentation and collateral handover for Asset Management System (AMS) transition.

The successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills, be proficient in SQL, TSQL, and RDBMS architecture, and have experience with ETL and data integration as well as DWH data modelling.

Key Skills
  • Familiarity with software applications architecture and infrastructure.
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL, TSQL, and RDBMS architecture.
  • Proficiency in ETL, data integration, and DWH data modelling.
  • Expertise in advanced reporting and dashboard design, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Strong understanding of Business Intelligence best practices, particularly Microsoft BI stack (SQL Server, Azure Data Factory, Analysis Services, Power BI).
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or information technology or equivalent working experience.

Experience

At least 03 years of relevant experience.
